  • Original Birth certificate ( Play group to 1st std )
  • Original school leaving certificate (LC/TC -2nd std onwards)

    (students seeking admission from other states, must provide the school leaving certificate countersigned by the education officer concerned)
  • Photocopy of progress report of previous Academic Year ( 2ndStd onwards)
  • Passport size color photographs of the child (4 Nos.)
Photocopy of blood group report of the child. Photocopy of Aadhaar card of the child. Caste certificate ( for other than general category – Std 1) Photocopy of parent’s ID Proof.
Passport size color photographs of parents( 1each)
